The purposes of this study were to evaluate the training program for the scout superintendents in Nakhon
Phanom Province in the views of the trainees, organizing committee members, trainers, and school administrators;
and to seek appropriate guidelines for developing the training program for the scout superintendents in Nakhon
Phanom Province. The population of this study consisted the 455 scout superintendents, 25 organizing committee
members and trainers and 455 school administrators included 935 under the training program for the scout
superintendents in Nakhon Phanom Province Selected by Multi–stage Random Sampling, the subjects of the study
consisted of 180 scout superintendents, 25 organizing committee members and trainers, and 75 school
administrators. The instruments used to collect the data were three sets of five-rating scale questionnaires which
were constructed by this researcher and had the reliabilities of 0.96, 0.96, and 0.95 respectively. The statistics used
to analyze the data were percentages and means. Findings of the study were: The appropriateness of the training
program for the scout superintendents in Nakhon Phanom Province on the aspects of its context, input, process, and
output was at the high level. This research suggested guidelines on the input aspect for developing the training
program for the scout superintendents in Nakhon Phanom Province.
