ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษานครพนม เขต 2 Transformational Leadership of Administrators Affecting the Quality of Schools under the Office of Nakhon Phanom Educational Service Area 2
The purposes of this study were to investigate transformational leadership of administrators affecting the
quality of schools under the office of Nakhon Phanom Educational Service Area 2. The population studied was 2,393
teachers under the office of Nakhon Phanom Educational Service Area 2 in the academic year 2009. The samples
consisted of 331 teachers by multi-stage Random Sampling. The instruments used collecting data were a set of
rating scale questionnaires. The statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test,
one-way ANOVA, Pearson’ s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient and Step-wise Multiple Regression Analysis.
The results of this study were as follows: The level of the transformational leadership of administrators and the quality
of schools as a whole, were at the high level. The transformational leadership of administrators and the quality of
schools according to the opinions of the teachers with different status were different. The transformational leadership
of administrators and the quality of schools according to the opinions of the teachers with different schools size were
different. The transformational leadership of administrators and the quality of schools had positive relationship. The
transformational leadership of administrators focus on believing that the schools are for learning, communicators and
listeners, valuing human resources, proactive, risk takers and having vision can predict the quality of schools.
