ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำทางการนิเทศของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนกับพฤติกรรมการสอนของครู ในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษานครพนม เขต 2 |

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำการนิเทศของผู้บริหารกับพฤติกรรมการสอนของครูใน โรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษานครพนม เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วยผู้บริหารโรงเรียนจำนวน 90 คน
และครู จำนวน 270 คน รวมจำนวน 360 คน ได้มาโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม
ภาวะผู้นำทางการนิเทศของผู้บริหาร มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกระหว่าง 0.25 – 0.81 มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.91 และพฤติกรรมการสอน
ของครู มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกระหว่าง 0 .26 – 0.70 มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.88 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย
ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) และการทดสอบค่าเอฟ (F-test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำทางการนิเทศของ
ผู้บริหาร และพฤติกรรมการสอนของครู โดยรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ผู้บริหารและครู มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำ
ทางการนิเทศของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน และพฤติกรรมการสอนของครูตามสภาพโดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ
3) ความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครู เกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำทางการนิเทศของผู้บริหารและพฤติกรรมการสอนของครู จำแนกตามประเภท
การจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียน โดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 4) ภาวะผู้นำทางการนิเทศของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนกับ
พฤติกรรมการสอนของครูมีความสัมพันธ์กันในเชิงบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .01 5) งานวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้นำเสนอแนวทาง
พัฒนาภาวะผู้นำทางการนิเทศของผู้บริหารกับพฤติกรรมการสอนของครู มี 2 ด้าน คือ 1) ด้านการสร้างบรรยากาศที่ดี และ 2) มีการวิจัย
เพื่อพัฒนาการเรียนรู้ของผู้เรียนและนำผลไปใช้พัฒนาผู้เรียน

The purpose of this research was to study the relationship between the supervisory leadership of administrators and the teaching behavior of teachers in schools under the Office of Nakhon Phanom Educational
Service Area 2. The sample group of this research was360: 90 school administrators and 270 teachers. Two sets of
rating scale questionnairesused asresearch instrument, the first set of questionnaire about the administrators’
supervisory leadership with the discrimination valuebetween 0.25-0.81 and the reliability of 0.91 and the second
set of questionnaire about the teachers’ teaching behavior with the discrimination value between 0.26-0.70 and
the reliability of 0.88. The statistics in analyzing data were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and
F-test. The results were as follows : 1) The overall supervisory leadership of the administrators and each aspect
were at high levels, 2) The overall teaching behavior of the teachers and each aspect were at high levels, 3) The
opinions of administrators and the teachers on the administrators’ supervisory leadership were no significantly
difference, 4) The opinions of administrators and the teachers on the teachers’ teaching behavior were no
significantly difference, 5) The opinions of administrators and teachers on the administrators’ supervisory
leadership of schools classified by the types of educational management, in overall, were no significant different,
6) The opinions of administrators and teachers on the teachers’ teaching behavior in school classified by the
types of educational management, in overall, were no significant different, 7) The administrators’supervisory
leadership and the teachers’ steaching behavior were positive relationship differently ata significantlevel of
.01, and 8) Guidelines were also proposed in this study to develop the administrators’ supervisory leadership and
the teachers’ teaching behavior in 2 aspects: 1) creating fine and 2) researching to develop students’ learning and
using the research results to improve students.
