การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาหลักสูตรท้องถิ่นกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สังคมศึกษาศาสนาและวัฒนธรรม เรื่องถิ่นนี้ ศรีสงคราม ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 โรงเรียนบ้านข่า สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครพนม เขต 2 2) พัฒนาแผน
การจัดการเรียนรู้ที่มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 3) หาค่าดัชนีประสิทธิผลของแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ 4) เปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์
ทางการเรียนก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน และ 5) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อการเรียนของนักเรียน ประชากรได้แก่นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษา
ปีที่ 5 โรงเรียนบ้านข่า สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครพนม เขต 2 จำนวน 3 ห้องเรียน รวมทั้งสิ้น 66 คน
กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5/1 โรงเรียนบ้านข่า สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถม
ศึกษานครพนม เขต 2 ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2554 จำนวน 18 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย (Simple Random Sampling)
เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ 1) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนชนิดเลือกตอบ 4 ตัวเลือก ประกอบด้วยข้อสอบ จำนวน 30 ข้อ
มีค่าความยากระหว่าง 0.33 ถึง 0.73 ค่าอำนาจจำแนก 0.23 ถึง 0.66 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ เท่ากับ 0.91 2) แบบสอบถาม
ความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อการเรียน ประกอบด้วยข้อความ จำนวน 20 ข้อ มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง 0.62 ถึง 0.84 ค่าความเชื่อมั่น
ทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.95 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที (t–test)
ชนิดกลุ่มตัวอย่างไม่เป็นอิสระจากกัน (Dependent Sample) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า หลักสูตรท้องถิ่น มีคุณภาพอยู่ในระดับเหมาะสม
มากที่สุด ประสิทธิภาพของแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ มีค่าเท่ากับ 86.84/84.43 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ 80/80 ที่กำหนดไว้ มีค่าดัชนีประสิทธิผล
ของแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ เท่ากับ 0.7439 คิดเป็นร้อยละ74.39 ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมี
นัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 นักเรียนมีความพึงพอใจต่อการเรียน อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

This research aimed 1) to develop the local curriculum in substance of learningsocial studies, religion and culture on the story of TinneeSrisongkram for prathomsuksa 5 at Bankha School, affiliated with the office of
Nakhon Phanom primary educational service area 2; 2) to developthe efficient learning management plans as the
condition of 80/80; 3) to findout an effectiveness index of learning management plans; 4) to compare the learning
achievement betweenthe pre-learning and the post-learning; and (5) to examine satisfaction toward students’
learning. The populations selected by a simple random sampling aretotal 66 students of Prathomsuksa 5 from
3 classrooms, affiliated with the office of Nakhon Phanom primary educational service area 2. The samples
selected in the conduct of the research were the 18 students ofthe classroom no. 5/1, the first semester in
academic year 2011 at Ban Kha School. The tools used were (1) the tests of four multiple choices of learning
achievement. Of those were total 30 testing papers designed by the difficulty which was between 0.33 and 0.73,
the discrimination was from 0.23 to 0.66, and the whole reliability of the test was 0.91 (2) the satisfaction
questionnaires included 20 details of students’ learning, the discrimination was between 0.62 and 0.84, and
the whole reliability was 0.95. Statistics used were percentages, mean, standard deviation, and t-test of
dependent sample.
The findings revealed that the local curriculum in substance of learning social studies, religion and culture
on the story of TinneeSrisongkram for Pratomsuksa 5 was at the highest proper level. The efficiency of learning
management plans was 86.84/84.43 (E1/E2) which was higher than the condition of 80/80 indicated. The
effectiveness index of learning management plans was 0.7439 that accounted for 0.7439 percentages. The
students’ learning achievement of the post- learning was significantly higher than the pre-learning at 0.01. The
Prathomsuksa 5 students satisfied their learning at the highest level.
