สหกิจศึกษากับการพัฒนาคุณภาพบัณฑิตไทย |

สหกิจศึกษาเป็นการจัดการศึกษาแบบบูรณาการร่วมมือระหว่างสถาบันอุดมศึกษากับสถานประกอบการ เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อม ด้านการประกอบอาชีพและการเข้าสู่ระบบการทำงานของบัณฑิตก่อนสำเร็จการศึกษา และเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพบัณฑิตตามความต้องการ
ของตลาดแรงงาน การพัฒนาคุณภาพบัณฑิตไทยโดยใช้สหกิจศึกษานั้น สถาบันอุดมศึกษาจะต้องดำเนินการตามมาตรฐานการดำเนิน
งานสหกิจศึกษาของสมาคมสหกิจศึกษาไทย เพื่อสร้างความเชื่อมั่นให้แก่นักศึกษาและสถานประกอบการที่รับนักศึกษาเข้าปฏิบัติงาน
ในส่วนของสถานประกอบการที่เข้าร่วมจัดสหกิจศึกษานั้น จะต้องเป็นสถานประกอบการที่สอดคล้องกับสาขาวิชาชีพที่นักศึกษากำลัง
ศึกษา มีนโยบายสนับสนุนสหกิจศึกษาที่ชัดเจน และกำหนดผู้นิเทศ เพื่อให้คำแนะนำหรือถ่ายทอดงานแก่นักศึกษา
จากการติดตามประเมินผลการจัดการศึกษาสหกิจศึกษา พบว่า นักศึกษาสหกิจศึกษามีศักยภาพในระดับยอดเยี่ยม มีการพัฒนา
ตนเอง และสอดคล้องกับความต้องการของสถาบันการศึกษาและสถานประกอบการ ทั้งนี้จากการเปรียบเทียบนักศึกษาที่ไปฝึกงาน
ภาคฤดูร้อนกับนักศึกษาในโครงการสหกิจศึกษา พบว่า นักศึกษาสหกิจศึกษามีศักยภาพดีกว่านักศึกษาฝึกงานภาคฤดูร้อน และนักศึกษา
สหกิจศึกษามีอัตราการได้งานทำสูงกว่า จากผลสัมฤทธิ์ของสหกิจศึกษาดังกล่าว ประกอบกับสถานการณ์การเปลี่ยนแปลงทั้งภายในและ
ภายนอกประเทศ โดยเฉพาะการเป็นประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียน สหกิจศึกษา จึงเป็นแนวทางที่เหมาะสมในการพัฒนาคุณภาพบัณฑิต
สำหรับสถาบันอุดมศึกษาของไทย

Cooperative Education is the management knowled geintegrated between industrial establishments and higher education in order to Thai undergraduate student’s preparationfor their performances before working and
improving their quality to be a qualified worker under the labor market qualifications. The university needs to
operate with the standards of Thailand Association of Cooperative Education to developa new cooperative
education best practice as well as the new working staffs and convince both students and industrial
establishments in terms of working.
The industrial establishment needs to specifiedthe consistent policy which related to the vocational
education students and the supervisors in counseling case. Evaluation of cooperative education students were
found that the cooperatives students were excellent with their self-development, and also qualified both
industrial establishments and higher education.
The comparison of students whohave been summer students internship and cooperative education
students internship was found that the cooperative education students internship effectively job acquiring with a
high level. As the result was shown the achievement of cooperative education with both within and outside the
country eventschanging, Asian Economics Community. Cooperative education is an appropriate approach for
developing the quality of undergraduates students in Thailand.
