สภาพและปัญหาการดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับความปลอดภัยด้านอุบัติเหตุของนักเรียนในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ในจังหวัดนครพนม |

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับความปลอดภัยด้านอุบัติเหตุของนักเรียน 2) เปรียบเทียบสภาพและปัญหาการดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับความปลอดภัยด้านอุบัติเหตุของนักเรียน จำแนกตามสถานภาพ ประเภทของ
โรงเรียน และสังกัดของโรงเรียน 3) หาแนวทางยกระดับการดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับความปลอดภัยด้านอุบัติเหตุของนักเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง
ที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน ครู และผู้ปกครองนักเรียน จำนวน กลุ่มละ 153 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 459 คน ซึ่งได้มา
โดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน (Multi – Stage Sampling) สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
การทดสอบค่าเอฟ (One Way ANOVA) และการทดสอบค่าที (t-test Independent Sample) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) สภาพ
การดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับความปลอดภัยด้านอุบัติเหตุของนักเรียน โดยรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมากและปัญหาการดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับ
ความปลอดภัยด้านอุบัติเหตุของนักเรียน โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับน้อย 2) สภาพความปลอดภัยด้านอุบัติเหตุของนักเรียน
โดยรวมแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และปัญหาความปลอดภัยด้านอุบัติเหตุของนักเรียน โดยรวมแตกต่างอย่าง
มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 สภาพ การดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับความปลอดภัยด้านอุบัติเหตุของนักเรียน จำแนกตามช่วงชั้นของโรงเรียน
โดยรวมและรายด้าน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และปัญหาการดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับความปลอดภัยด้านอุบัติเหตุ
ของนักเรียน โดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ สภาพการดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับความปลอดภัยด้านอุบัติเหตุของนักเรียน
จำแนกตามสังกัดของโรงเรียน โดยรวมและรายด้าน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และปัญหาการดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับ
ความปลอดภัยด้านอุบัติเหตุของนักเรียน โดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 3) แนวทางการดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับความ
ปลอดภัยด้านอุบัติเหตุของนักเรียน 5 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านบริเวณโรงเรียน ด้านสภาพแวดล้อม ด้านเครื่องมือ เครื่องใช้และอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ
ด้านการพานักเรียนไปศึกษานอกสถานที่ และด้านการร่วมกิจกรรมสำคัญ

The purposes of this research were to 1) Investigate state and problems of the students’ accident safety operations at schools under the Office of Nakhon Phanom Educational Service Area, 2) Compare state and
problems of the students’ accident safety operations at schools which were classified by types and subordination
of schools, and 3) Search for guidelines to elevate the students’ accident safety operations at schools. The
sample groups of this study were 153 school administrators, 153 teachers and 153 students’ parents (total 459
people), selected by means of multistage random sampling. The statistics used to analyze the data were
percentage, mean, standard deviation, F-test (one-way ANOVA) and t-test (independent samples). The results
were as follows: 1) The overall and individual aspects of state of the students’ accident safety operations at
schools, were at a high level whereas the overall and individual aspects of problems of the students’ accident
safety operations at schools, were at a low level, 2) The overall state of the students’ accident safety operations
at schools, was significantly different at a level of .01, and the overall problems of the students’ accident safety
operations at schools, was significantly different at a level of .05. Classified by types of school, the overall and
individual aspects of state of the students’ accident safety operations at schools, was significantly different at a
level of .01 meanwhile the overall problems of the students’ accident safety operations at schools, was not
significantly different. Classified by subordination of school, the overall and individual aspects of state of the
students’ accident safety operations at schools, was significantly different at a level of .01 meanwhile the overall
problems of the students’ accident safety operations at schools, was not significantly different, and 3) There were
5 guidelines to elevate the students’ accident safety operations at schools: school areas, school environment,
equipments used at school, field trips and participation of important activities.
