การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำแบบเต็มรูปของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2) ศึกษาการบริหารเทคโนโลยี สารสนเทศและการสื่อสารของสถานศึกษา 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำแบบเต็มรูปของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการบริหาร
เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และการสื่อสารของสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครูผู้สอน สังกัด
สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 21 จังหวัดหนองคาย จำนวน 56 โรงเรียนจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 318 คนซึ่งเป็นผู้บริหาร
สถานศึกษา จำนวน 22 คน และครูผู้สอน จำนวน 296 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified Random Sampling) เครื่องมือ
ที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย
ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สันผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำแบบเต็มรูปของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา
อยู่ในระดับมาก 2) การบริหารเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารของสถานศึกษา อยู่ในระดับมาก 3) ภาวะผู้นำแบบเต็มรูปของ
ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการบริหารเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารของสถานศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับสูง

The purposes of this research were to 1) study the Full Range Leadership of school administrators, 2) study the Management of Information and Communication Technology in schools, and 3) study the relationship
between the Full Range Leadership of school administrators and the Management of Information and
Communication Technology in school under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 21 in Nongkhai
province. The samples used totally were 318 included 22 administrators and 296 teachers from 56 schools under
the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 21 in Nongkhai province who were selected by using Stratified
Random Sampling. The research instrument used for data collection was a 5-scale questionnaire. The statistics
used for analyzed the collected data were mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation
Coefficient. The results of this research were as follows: 1) The Full Range Leadership of school administrators
was at a high level. 2) Management of Information and Communication Technology in schools was at a high level.
3) The relationship between the Full Range Leadership of school administrators and Management of Information
and Communication Technology in school was highly positive.
